Product Basics
Heat Shock is a UK sauna lifestyle brand built around habits that transform heat stress into recovery and resilience. Our two core products are Agua Ritual, the sauna supplement, and Fjord, the sauna bottle engineered for extreme heat.
Agua Ritual is the world’s first electrolyte powder made specifically for sauna users. Packed with sodium, potassium, magnesium, Himalayan minerals, and brain-boosting aminos, it prevents “sauna crash” and boosts recovery.
Fjord is our premium 750ml sauna bottle. Built from stainless steel and wrapped in a food-grade silicone shell, it stays cool to the touch inside a 90°C sauna. It’s designed to pair perfectly with Agua Ritual.
Usage & Instructions
Mix one sachet with cold water before or during your sauna. For longer sessions, sip gradually to avoid dizziness and dehydration.
Yes. Fjord’s silicone exterior keeps surface temps under 45°C even in a 90°C sauna — so it won’t burn your hands.
We recommend water for full electrolyte absorption, but it can be blended into smoothies or juices.

Shipping & Orders
We offer free UK shipping on all orders. Standard delivery is 2–3 working days (EU: 5–7, worldwide: 7–10).
Yes — but we do it differently. To cut down on waste and carbon emissions, we don’t ask you to ship items back. Instead, email us a photo within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll issue a full refund. You can keep the product or donate it. Sauna sustainability > return trucks.
Agua Ritual will be available on a monthly plan with free delivery included. You’ll have full control — skip, pause, or cancel anytime.
